All salon services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can discuss options to address your concerns. Any adjustments are offered at the salon's discretion.

Hair Extensions
Due to the custom nature and material costs associated with hair extencions and weft services, all extension appointments are final sale. We do not offer refunds once extensions have been installed.
